The website will be updated with any changes once they are posted, and you will be responsible for complying with them. It is your responsibility to read them each time you visit the site bound by the latest edition of the terms and conditions.

Please be assured that all information provided to you will be free from errors and omissions, and any errors will be corrected upon notification. Misinformation that was not foreseeable by a reasonable person is not our responsibility.

Although we strive for accuracy, some degree of subjectivity is inevitable. There are occasions when advertised facilities are unavailable due to temporary local circumstances, such as emergency maintenance work, power outages or off-season closures. Our site does not take responsibility for consumer comments made in interactive areas.

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY

All bookings must be made through an authorized representative of the Company. Your holiday must be paid in full at least 30 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking. If you book within 30 days of your departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

All special requests, such as dietary requirements, special need, should be informed in advance to facilitate all necessary arrangements. The Company will provide the service as set out and confirmed in writing.

GENERAL REMINDER

The programme is based on the availability of the hotel rooms at the time of forwarding the quotation. As such, rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Due to high occupancy / demand, the hotels accept only the confirmed bookings. Once our proposal is accepted, the final confirmation will be forwarded along with the relevant overnight stays and itinerary. We will do our best to book the mentioned hotels or alternate similar category hotels.

In case of any price fluctuations due to change of hotels, we will send a revised quotation.

HOTEL RULES AND REGULATION

The official check-in time at all hotels will be 12:00pm to 02:00pm (depends on the hotel).

The official check-out time at all hotels will be 11:00am.

Hotel check-in / check-out times are fixed and there are no guarantees for early / late check-in / out unless paid for.

PAYMENT POLICY

“Services” refers to any one or more of the following
(a) Transport
(b) Accommodation
(c) Other tourist services.

Booking details must be completed personally by the traveller or by one person on behalf of a group who is deemed authorized by individual members (the “Client”) of the Group to contract on their behalf

We will confirm the arrangements requested by the Client through web bookings as soon as reasonably possible upon receipt of the Booking details

The Client is responsible for checking the details of the confirmation invoice and should give immediate notice of any corrections thereto.

Amendments to the Itinerary by the Passenger

After confirmation, if the Client wishes to change the dates or nature of Services, an application to do so may be made via email or phone etc. Ceygreen Expedition (PVT) Ltd shall endeavour to accommodate such changes at the least cost to the Client. The Client shall be responsible for all extra costs of such change.

No credits or refunds for unused services shall be given if the Client fails to avail him/herself of the confirmed tour arrangements.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rates are net and include all prevailing government taxes.

The rates are subject to current government taxes. In the event that any taxes, including VAT, are revised, the rates quoted will be revised accordingly.

Children between the ages of 2 and 12 sharing their parents’ room receive a 30% discount.

In the case of a triple room, there is a 15% discount per person on a double room rate.

A rollaway bed will be provided in a triple room as an extra bed

CANCELLATION CHARGES

21 days or less – 100% cancellation charge Between 22 days and 28 days – 50% cancellation charge or the equivalent of the first two days of charges depending on the programme and period of stay Above 29 days – No cancellation charge provided no commitments or advances are made to third parties.

Ceylon Expeditions Travels (PVT) Ltd owns all trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in its materials, layout, organization, and underlying software on this website.

Ceygreen Expedition (PVT) Ltd uses a secure website for the communication of personal data. Personal information is not collected without the knowledge or permission of the customer. Only when using this site’s interactive products and services will the customer be asked to provide personal information services.
Whenever you (customer) make a tour reservation using the Ceygreen Expedition (PVT) Ltd website, we collect the data that we require to make the reservation, particularly your (customer) name, telephone number and email address (“contact details”), as well as your (customer) arrival and departure dates, the name of the hotel and the type of room reserved (“reservation details”).
